Thank you for shopping with Ainmart. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund. Please read the details below carefully.
1. Returns

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.

Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email our customer service team at retum@ainmart.pk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Place the item securely in its original packaging and record a video of the unboxing for verification.

Mail the item to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by Ainmart.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

Processing time: Please allow at least 15 days from receipt of the item for your return to be processed.

Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
4. Exceptions

Defective or damaged products: Contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

Sale items: FINAL SALE – cannot be returned.

Damaged or broken items: Must not be damaged or broken to qualify for a return.

Change of mind: Returns are not allowed for change of mind.
